What are the coaches doing?

 

We are currently developing two of the programs that will be provided here on the site–“Foundational endurance and strength” and “Microworkouts.” Theory without practical testing is, in our opinion useless. We have therefore been applying our ideas into our training lately–to see what works in a real-life setting. Scott is testing the microworkout program and Lennart is testing the Foundational endurance and strength program. We are exploring ideas and testing as we go, so the nature of the programs will change and evolve as we go, but we thought it could be fun to take you along for the ride.
