Taylor Guillemette
Father. Firefighter. Head Coach
Healthy Body Sick Mind was started out of necessity. A necessity to do something with the only thing I care about, training, nutrition, and health. I'm overstating the “only” thing. My family and my job as a firefighter, that supports said family, comes first. Besides that, over the last 20+ years, it's been number one. After working in gyms and with clients online for longer than most, I've noticed one constant theme that never fades, bullshit. Everyone is looking for a magic pill that solves all of their problems, and in the process, miss the big picture. My aim is to take the more complex subjects, that I love to learn about and understand and make it more digestible to everyone. In the process maybe something clicks for the reader and they can apply it to their daily life. There's a ton of bullshit out there that makes a 1% difference if you follow it while the other 99% is right in front of your face.
