Rudi Sorgenfri

Rudi is a body therapist who helps his clients identify stressors and release emotions that are stored in the body. After going down with stress himself when he worked previously as a business consultant, he switched careers and dedicated himself to helping others deal with stress, and ultimately live with joy. We talk about all things stress, especially the role of the mighty vagus nerve in our bodies, and how we can learn to regulate our emotions and live healthier, happier lives.
