Sample Week

This is my training structure, but I don’t feel bound by it. I have no problem playing golf on a Saturday if I feel like it. The foundational principle for me is to move every day.

Monday:

Strength: squat, Bench

Metcon/Accessory

Interval (Assault bike)

Tuesday:

Strength: Press

Metcon/Accessory

Run (zone 2)

Wednesday:

Strength: Squat

Olympic weightlifting

Metcon/Accessory

Interval (Assault bike)

Thursday:

Interval (Assault bike)

Metcon/Accessory

Friday:

Strength: Squat

Olympic weightlifting

Metcon/Accessory

Run (zone 2)

Saturday:

Olympic weightlifting

Strength: Deadlift

Sunday:

Rest
