After months of development, and trials in the US and Denmark, the Scott Graham Health Coaching Microworkout Program is ready to be offered on a monthly membership basis.
What you get:
A customized Microworkout Program that is designed specifically for you, with the equipment (or lack of equipment) you have at home
A daily motivational FaceTime call with Scott, where we do your first microworkout of the day together (laughter and good feelings guaranteed). The next three workouts you do on your own throughout the day
Membership in a Facebook group with other Microworkout users (we keep each other going!)
Ongoing health coaching regarding nutrition, breathing exercises, and meditation, if that is of interest to you
