Self-Love
We are a couple of pretty strong dudes here at Coaching and CoffeeTalks. We like to think of ourselves as manly, and not in a toxic masculinity kind of way. We believe in challenging ourselves to do new things and see what effect it has on us. We have gotten into some pretty crazy shit. Could it be, that out of all the adventures we’ve put ourselves through, that developing unconditional love for ourselves could be the most fruitful exploration we’ve encountered?
Well…yes.
